How long does it take to receive my personalised cookie favours?

Personalised cookie favours (monogrammed or name cookies) take 7–10 days from order to delivery. A custom stamp is made in 3–4 business days, then your cookies are baked, iced, packaged, and shipped via Australia Post Express (2–3 business days). Embossed cookies (Mr & Mrs, Engaged) have a shorter 5–7 day turnaround.

What colours are available for cookie favours?

Our cookie favours are available in white, pink, blue, green, and yellow — for both the cookie icing and the backing card. Can't find your colour? Select Custom Colour at checkout and leave a note with your preference.

Are your cookies suitable for people with allergies?

Our cookies contain gluten, dairy, eggs, and soy (from the fondant icing). They are not suitable for people with these allergies. Please check the individual product listing for full ingredient details.
