Refunds
We take great pride in every order we create, and your satisfaction means the world to us! If something isn't right, we're here to help.
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if your order arrives damaged or arrives 3 or more business days after your selected delivery date.
To process your refund, reach out to us with photo evidence of the issue and we'll take care of it straight away. Damaged items will receive a partial refund, while other eligible issues will receive a full refund.
Returns
As our cookies are a food product and many are made-to-order with custom designs, we're unable to accept returns. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact us — we'll do our best to make it right!
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your order please email us at your earliest convenience, providing at least 7 days notice for a full refund.
If you give less than 7 days notice, a partial refund may be considered depending on the progress we have made with baking/decorating your order.
Please note once your order is on its way, we're unable to process a cancellation.
