All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to your door.
Shipping Rates
- Flat rate: $9.95 AUD on all orders
- Free shipping: On orders $400 AUD and over
Delivery Timeframes
Express Post delivery timeframes vary by location:
- Metro areas: 1–2 business days
- Regional areas: 2–4 business days
- Remote areas: May take longer — please allow additional time
Please note: these are Australia Post's estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter, school holidays).
Order Processing & Lead Times
As all our cookies are made to order, please allow time for production before your order is dispatched. Your selected delivery date will be confirmed at the time of ordering. We recommend ordering well in advance, especially for weddings and events.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your cookies arrive safely and beautifully presented.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel through Australia Post.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work with you to find the best resolution.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order — we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
